Personality: Souichiro, known affectionately as Chiro, has always been a curious person. Always asking questions and ready to learn more. The biggest question to Chiro is what his origins are and who his family is. Chiro tries his best to be friendly to everyone and mostly suceeds. He has a friendly disposition. His constant barrage of questions often comes across as annoying. Chiro is also a very good student because of his inquisitive nature. Chiro's battle style is a reflection of his personality, energetic and full of life. Chiro secretly struggles with his own personal identity and doesnt know where he fits in the world. His ultimate goal is to create a new branch of Ninjutsu using all his accumulated knowledge and use it to better himself and the world. He doesnt like to fight.

History: Chiro showed up on the steps of an orphanage in the Grass village. He was taken in by a local family that raised him to be a farmer. One day, one of the villagers was in danger of being burnt to death and he stopped the flames using his peculiar ice powers. This is when Chiro learnt that he was different to everyone around him. He spent his time studying and learning about all of the different clans of the world and stumbled upon the story of a leaf ninja who had fought someone with similar powers. This opened the flood gates and sparked Chiro's intense interest in knowledge and expanding his intellect. He immediately left his work on the farm and started training to become a ninja as his fellow clansmen had done before him. Chiro did not take to the ninja world very easily and in fact detests fighting all together but sees it as a means to learning more about the world around him and meeting new people.

Description: This is just a more advanced form of the Hidden Mist Jutsu as this mist has a crucial effect on non-hyouton opponents which is that if they aren't careful they will be frozen, and they automatically lose as there won't be any way of getting out of being frozen. The time limit to be completely frozen is 12 posts 6 of the user and 6 of the opponents. This can be a really bad move for those gennin that are very clueless, and as well the mist also makes the temp in the area below 0 making it much harder to fight as well.

Then, after that thanks to the Hyouton's ability of manipulating Ice they condense the Moisture with there chakra forming a blade consuming there hand and wrist. The user thengathers up chakra quickly to the mouth to breathe out which then becomes like a powerful gust of windy snow coming out. This is used commonly to stop Projectiles dead right in there spot, and also freeze stuff. If used once on another Human being then they get a deadly effect. This effect causes a chilling feeling that lowers the speed, strength, and reaction time of that person for 5 posts. If used again if the effect is still on then that person will be instantly frozen. The range of this jutsu is 15 meters.

Description: The user is able to form water into a ice crystal like shield to block fire and lightning elemental jutsus. This technique is able to use without hand seals.
Why it blocks fire and elemental jutsus? Is because ice is a combination of wind and water, and so since fire is weak against water and lightning is weak against wind. So with that those kind of jutsus can be blocked easily without the other element to intervene.

As well it is said that it is nearly impossible to melt/break the mirrors.

Description: The user is able to form a set of claws made of ice, and a claw is made in each arm. The claws are as sharp to easily rip off flesh. While the claws have a safty measure against lightning, and that is it can absorb it to shoot out small explosive ice needles from the claws that have equal amount as if when hit they feel like they were electricuted with a strong electrical shock. The ice needles is equal in speed of the user.

Description: This jutsu is a combination of an ice dragon and a water dragon in one. This dragon is covered with water like armor as the ice is its scales and body. The user is able to control it freely, but the jutsu has a time limit for it to be out ( like lets say 5-10 posts). The dragon is able to breath water (like how regular dragons breath fire), but when that water strikes something in a few seconds that something freezes into the same ice of the dragon.

Description: This jutsu is made for stopping enemies pursuing you. What it does is that it freezes the ground and anything else in the way that is covered/soaked in water. This jutsu doesn't backfire on the person casting this jutsu, but it does cost extra chakra to freeze opponents feet or make spikes.
